Are you an experienced NPD professional ready to take the next step in your career?

This is your opportunity to lead multiple projects from concept to launch, drive innovation, and make a tangible impact on product strategy. You’ll be a key point of contact for major clients, shaping commercially viable, trend-led products while collaborating with technical, supply chain, and commercial teams.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to :
  • Managing end-to-end product development projects from initial concept through to launch.
  • Leading the critical path process, ensuring all stages of development are completed accurately and on time.
  • Acting as the main customer contact for all NPD-related matters, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal functions, including Technical, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensuring all documentation and procedures align with BRC and internal quality standards.
  • Supporting customer presentations by preparing samples, product data, and project insights.
  • Monitoring food and lifestyle trends, competitor activity, and market data to inspire innovation.
  • Maintaining all administrative systems and databases accurately and in line with project timelines.
  • Promoting a collaborative, hands-on culture that values creativity and problem-solving.
What’s required?
  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an NPD or product development role within the food industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Passionate about food trends, innovation, and quality.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK and internationally.
