Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to oversee product development and enhance the existing product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Food Science or Food Technology, demonstrate experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, and have strong project management and team leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential. This role is based in Dungannon with an excellent compensation package.

Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dungannon, to recruit an NPD Manager.

As the successful NPD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing business growth by overseeing the successful development of new products and enhancing our existing product portfolio in line with the company goals.

Our client, a leader in the Snack industry, are proud be graded AA+ certified against the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.

What We Require

• You will have a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• You will demonstrate experience in NPD within the food manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of successful product development.
• You will have strong project management capabilities, including experience leading and coordinating product development teams.
• You will have proven experience in team management and leadership.
• You will have in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP protocols, and product testing methodologies.
• You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
