You'll support the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—while working closely with internal teams and external customers to deliver high-quality, commercially viable food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the NPD team in keeping products on critical path timelines.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external customers to ensure alignment.
  • Implement and maintain product development documentation and processes.
  • Write cooking and reheating instructions, and complete product attribute documentation.
  • Conduct organoleptic and shelf‑life testing to validate product performance.
  • Participate in taste panels, benchmarking sessions, and product quality reviews.
  • Prepare samples for presentations and manage air freight logistics.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked development kitchen and manage raw material orders.
  • Ensure timely completion of reports and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Food Science or related field.
  • 1‑2 years' experience in an NPD role.
  • Genuine interest in food trends and product innovation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
  • Numerically competent with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach and ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (UK and internationally).
