Salary: £18-£24/Hour

What You Will Work On?

• Investigation of roof leaks including interior assessment, chasing the leak on the roof and finding the source of water ingress
• Install waterproof, repair or replace Conventional single and four ply membrane (built-up roofing) systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel on commercial/industrial flat roofs
• Install waterproof, repair or replace Modified Bitumen (SBS Mod-bit membrane systems)
• Install waterproof, repair or replace single ply membrane roofing systems (EPDM, TPO), using waterproof sheet membranes such as modified plastics or asphalt membranes, and/or cold applied liquid systems
• Maintenance on all flat roofing systems
