Job summary

Core Highways Group is recruiting for an IPV Foreman/LTMO at the Nottingham depot. The role focuses on the safe delivery of all traffic management in line with policies and health and safety regulations.

You will set up TM sites, perform risk assessments and ensure vehicles are loaded and maintained. The position requires physical fitness and flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering traffic management solutions in line with company policies and health and safety regulations.
• Ability to set up traffic management sites per schemes 12AB/12C.
• Experience with daily vehicle checks and loading delicate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic management sites in line with National Highways Sector Schemes 12AB and 12C
• Complete risk assessments
• Load vehicles safely with the Traffic Management required
• Complete daily vehicle checks
• Report any near misses to Depot Supervisor or Manager
• Assist with maintaining depot stock levels by placing equipment in designated areas

We currently have vacancies for an IPV Foreman/ LTMO at our Nottingham depot.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the safe delivery of all Traffic Management in line with company policies and procedures.

The purpose of your role will be to deliver Traffic Management solutions for our clients in line with Health and Safety regulations.

• Set up traffic management sites in line with National Highways Sector Schemes 12AB and 12C
• Complete risk assessments
• Load vehicles safely with the Traffic Management required
• Complete daily vehicle checks
• Report any near misses to either your Depot Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with maintaining depot stock levels by ensuring all equipment is placed in the designated area, specifically batteries for recharging

Due to the nature of the Traffic Management business, the role requires physical activity, so the ability to perform in this aspect is essential. In addition, with the reactive nature of the business, the role requires flexibility and adaptability regarding working hours which may consist of days, nights, and weekends.
