Purosearch Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of a supportive GP practice in Nottingham for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP). The role offers full training and MSc support, with a flexible arrangement for full-time or part-time hours.

You will be mentored and developed toward full ACP competency in a collaborative primary care team. Salary ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 per year, depending on experience, with funded study leave, CPD time, and opportunities

Qualifikationen

• NMC-registered clinician with suitable nursing background.
• Aiming toward Advanced Clinical Practitioner status with supervision.
• Open to GP practice environment and multidisciplinary team.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous assessment of patients presenting with acute and minor illness.
• History taking and clinical examination.
• Diagnosis and management planning.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic investigations.
• Prescribing where qualified or working towards Independent Prescribing with support.
• Health promotion and preventative care.
• Working alongside GPs, ACPs, Practice Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintaining accurate patient records using electronic clinical systems.
