Details

This role is to support a Man

  • Drivers licence required: Yes
  • Own vehicle needed: Yes
  • Hours per week: Weekend cover 1 hour in the morning 1 hour in evening on Saturdays and Sundays so 4 hours in total. Also need to be flexible to cover holiday and sickness
  • Hourly pay rate: £13.00 per hour 10p rise every year

We are looking to recruit a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to join a small, dedicated team who care for T. This role is to encourage and empower a strong willed man to live independently in his home and his community. It primarily involves weekend work, as well as covering holidays and sickness for the regular team.

You’ll be joining a tight‑knit group that feels more like family than just co‑workers. The team communicates closely through a WhatsApp group, ensuring everyone is informed and supported, and that T’s care is always consistent and thoughtful.

We value a warm, collaborative environment. Alongside your role and duties of caring for T, you’ll be invited to join community events such as team member birthdays and social get‑togethers—because we believe great care comes from great connection.
