Grant Thornton UK is launching a premium graduate programme in Birmingham for aspiring auditors. You’ll join a fast-paced Not-for-Profit Audit pathway, working with charities and higher education institutions, while progressing toward a recognised professional qualification.

You’ll engage in real client work from day one, supported by a Partner sponsor and a structured development plan. Expect significant exposure, digital tools, and a pathway to leadership as you grow with the firm.

Qualifications

• Not-for-Profit audit exposure and understanding of charities
• Willingness to study for a professional qualification (ACA/ICAS/CFAB/ACCA/CIMA/DTS)
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Audit not-for-profit clients, including charities and education institutions
• Test and evaluate financial statements and internal controls
• Build client relationships and deliver high-quality audit work
• Develop professional judgement and technical knowledge through the qualification pathway
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and client service excellence
