A leading property services contractor is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee projects in the North West. You will lead teams, manage financial performance, and build client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant management experience and strong commercial skills. This full-time role in Warrington offers a competitive salary between £60,000 and £70,000, alongside various benefits including generous holiday and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar management role within construction or property services.
• Proven ability to manage both planned and project works.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate operational teams to deliver contracts safely and profitably.
• Manage all Projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Build strong client relationships to secure future business.
