Job summary

A leading customer platform provider is looking for a Nordics Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships across multiple industries. This role requires fluency in Nordic languages and extensive client-facing experience. The successful candidate will navigate financial conversations, provide problem-solving solutions, and help customers utilize the platform effectively. This position can be performed remotely from Ireland or the UK, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a client-facing or account management role.
  • Strong negotiation skills comfortable navigating financial conversations.
  • Support on-going partner relationship to maximise acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 100-200 customer relationships with various industries.
  • Conduct 4-5 scheduled deep-dive meetings daily with customers.
  • Understand technical roadblocks and make recommendations.

Skills

Fluency in written and spoken Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian
Client-facing or account management experience
Consultative problem solving and issue resolution skills
Knowledge of media/digital landscape
Negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
