These trainers will contribute to the delivery of an expanding number of basic and advanced endoscopy training courses and immersion training sessions in Scotland and be expected to engage in the delivery of high‑quality endoscopy training locally.
Successful candidates will be appointed to a 0.5 or 1 PA (2‑4 hours) per week annualised contract to allow them to contribute flexibly to the training programme. This is likely to take the form of a secondment from or in addition to a clinical appointment. The clinical duties will be delivered across the regional endoscopy training centres, local endoscopy units, and the NHS Academy Hub.
