Job summary

A leading executive search firm is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to join the Board. This remote role requires significant C-suite experience in finance, HR, or audit & risk, along with strong governance and strategic decision-making skills. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated history of transformational change, alongside the ability to communicate and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. The position offers a remuneration of £10,000 per annum, requiring commitment of 1-2 days per month.

Qualifications
