Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years PQE in non-contentious construction at a top-tier real estate/construction law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating appointments, collateral warranties and JCT contracts is essential.
• Strong communication, collaboration and client-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Join the renowned Non-contentious Construction team on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Draft and negotiate appointments, collateral warranties and main JCT contracts.
• Collaborate with real estate colleagues on related transactions and advise on construction aspects.
