Job description

Our client, a well-regarded commercial law firm in Manchester is looking to recruit a number of non-contentious Construction lawyers with upwards of 1 or more years’ PQE up to and including Senior Associate level. This long-established team of specialist lawyers has enviable experience delivering transactional advice on the construction of major projects across the real estate, energy and infrastructure sectors. The diversity and scale of the work led by the Manchester team is unrivalled, setting the benchmark in terms of profile, scale, complexity, risk and often at the cutting edge. This includes many of the UK’s largest, iconic and most important projects and numerous similarly prestigious international projects, whilst the team’s client roster of leading owner/operators, developers, contractors, governments, funders, investors and consultants is also of exceptional breadth and quality.

Ideally you will have gained experience at a firm which is well-regarded for the work it does in Construction law. As well as considering candidates who currently specialise in non-contentious Construction law, our client will also consider candidates who currently undertake contentious and non-contentious matters but who have a desire to specialise on the non-contentious side of things. Also, in addition to considering England & Wales qualified lawyers, our client is also keen to hear from Scottish-, Australian- and New Zealand-qualified lawyers.
