Hydrogen Group is partnering with a leading international law firm in London to recruit a 4PQE+ Non-Contentious Construction Associate. The role offers exposure to energy, renewables, data centres and major infrastructure projects.

You will advise on UK and international mandates, drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke construction contracts, with exposure to EPC/EPCM structures and complex project work.

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE in non-contentious construction.
• Experience across energy, infrastructure, data centres or major development projects.
• Experience with JCT/NEC contracts; exposure to FIDIC/EPC or EPCM is useful.

Hydrogen is working with a leading international law firm looking to add a 4PQE+ Non-Contentious Construction Associate to its London team following sustained growth across energy, renewables, data centres and major infrastructure projects.

The role offers a particularly strong mix of traditional development work and complex engineering projects. You'll advise on UK and international mandates spanning offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, power and utilities, data centres, major civil engineering and high-profile real estate developments, drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke construction/engineering contracts alongside appointments, warranties, guarantees and operational agreements.

The team acts for developers, sponsors, funds, utilities, contractors, operators and public sector bodies, with associates given meaningful responsibility for their own workstreams and direct client exposure.

They are looking for a construction lawyer with strong non-contentious experience, ideally across energy, infrastructure, data centres or significant development projects. Experience with JCT/NEC is important while exposure to FIDIC, EPC or EPCM structures would be useful.
