Non-Contentious Construction and Engineering 4 + Bristol

Our client is a leading Top 100 law firm who have a new opening in their non-contentious construction and engineering team for an experienced associate or senior associate, to join its growing team in Bristol. This firm is truly a leader in the Bristol market making this a fantastic move for someone seeing their next career move.

The non-contentious construction and engineering team advise developers, financial institutions, landlords, tenants, purchasers, contractors, and consultants across various industries. Due to continued success and with numerous competitive mandates won, the team is looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will be either operating at the Associate or Senior Associate level (4+ PQE) with non-contentious construction and/or engineering experience.

You'll be an integral member of the team, involved in high-quality transactions across multiple sectors, with the opportunity to grow your standing with clients and the wider industry.

Requirements

• 4+ years PQE or equivalent expertise from a recognised construction and/or engineering practice
• Familiarity with procurement options and construction documentation (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with exceptional communication and relationship skills
• Commitment to business development and growing the practice
