Job description

Provide day-to-day operational leadership for patient scheduling and pathway management, ensuring the Centre consistently meets access, quality, and operational standards. The post holder is responsible for the production and maintenance of service timetables, coordination of theatre and clinic allocation, and delivery of accurate performance reporting. By proactively identifying and escalating risks, the role supports efficient patient flow, high data quality, and excellent patient experience.

The Musculoskeletal (MSK) team provides high‑quality, patient‑centred care across both the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and the Princess Royal Hospital, Telford. The department delivers a full range of elective and trauma services. Known for its collaborative approach and commitment to innovation, the team offers a supportive environment for professional development within a multidisciplinary setting.
