A local health care trust in Telford is seeking a Clerical Support role within the Breast Imaging team. Candidates should possess strong communication and customer care skills and be capable of interacting with patients in a sensitive manner. The position requires a minimum of 3 GCSEs, including Maths and English, and involves clerical responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and handling enquiries. You will work in an established team providing a wide range of administration duties with the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge. The role will entail interacting with patients, the public and staff at all levels across the trust. Therefore, you will require good communication and customer care skills, have a friendly, pleasant and helpful approach, whilst understanding the need for confidentiality in a health care environment.
You will have achieved a minimum of 3, good standard GCSEs, education grades 9‑4 (or equivalent) which include Maths and English. It is essential that candidates can demonstrate a capacity to show empathy, have a sensitive approach to difficult situations and understand the need for safe working practice in a hospital environment.
