Qualifications

  • Relevant NOC Engineering experience or similar troubleshooting experience in networks.
  • Experience in IT Service Desk Analyst role is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Farnborough Business Park.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support for Network Services customers.
  • Communicate updates clearly to all technical levels.
  • Support change management processes.
  • Take ownership of Telent incidents for customer satisfaction.
  • Notify customers and third parties about technical issues.
  • Develop trend analysis to support Incident Management.
  • Review performance reports to identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to adhere to SLAs.
