I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50m, on a permanent basis.

The company have been operating since the 1970’s and over the years they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Southern Counties. They work on a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including commercial, education, residential, healthcare, leisure and retail.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking to bring on an experienced No.1 Site Manager, predominantly to work on new build projects in the immediate future, as well as refurbishment projects further down the line. Ideally the No.1 Site Manager will have a strong track record of working on a range of projects across multiple sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare and residential.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience working on new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Excellent all round construction knowledge
• Strong man management skills / ability to lead and motivate full site teams
