A leading, international, civil engineering and building company with a turnover exceeding £250m have an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The company deal with a with a wide range of projects, providing a first class service to their clients’ in both private and public sectors, through a network of strategically placed and locally staffed offices throughout the UK and abroad. Each regional office has an established team with extensive knowledge of their local communities, delivering a complete construction service, utilising their technical expertise, internal labour and plant resources.

They are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager with a strong track record working on education projects in particular. They have a lot of education projects ongoing and in the pipeline and need someone that has worked on new build, refurbishment / extension projects within this sector, from £2m to £20m in value. Experience working on projects in other sectors is advantageous as well.

No.1 Site Manager:

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on projects up to £20m
• Education project experience; new build, refurbishment and extensions
• Main Contracting background
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Able to commute to / work in Berkshire on a daily basis
