A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic NMC Registered Nurse Associate to join our District Nursing Teams in South Manchester.

We are Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations bringing together NHS Community Health Services and adult social care services in Trafford.

As Integrated Neighbourhood teams we are driven by the aim of improving the health of local people in Manchester by working across organisational boundaries.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will work as part of our District Nursing Service to provide complex care to adults in their own homes and in a variety of settings within the community.

This is a great opportunity for Nurse Associates who have considered community nursing as a career.

You will be based within a District Nursing team and work closely with GP Services and the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to ensure that patient care is effectively coordinated and delivered, demonstrating a positive impact on our patients.

You will enjoy the chance to develop new and existing clinical skills as well as a range of training opportunities for personal development.

We will be looking for proven clinical experience and the ability to work within a team as well as work autonomously in the community setting.
