Job summary

Beaumont is seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a care home and team, delivering outstanding care in a safe, welcoming environment while increasing occupancy and profitability. You will be responsible for financial performance, staff development and regulatory compliance, acting as the home’s ambassador in the local community.

The role requires NMC registration and at least 3 years as Deputy Manager or senior nursing staff, with proven leadership and a passion for high-quality resident

Qualifications

• NMC Registered is required.
• Minimum 3 years as Deputy Manager or Senior Nursing staff.
• Experience leading a care home team.

Responsibilities

• Maximise financial performance of the home and manage budgets.
• Recruit, retain and develop all team members within budget.
• Maintain occupancy and develop strategies to grow fee revenue.
• Represent the home to external stakeholders and ensure compliance with RQIA and regulations.
• Oversee strategic planning, quality and health and safety within the home.
