Responsibilities

• Drive clinical risk management and care planning.
• Oversee medication safety and compliance.
• Run internal quality audits and lead on CQC inspections.
• Coach Team Leaders and monitor training compliance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and families.

Line-management experience
