Job summary

University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is recruiting a Clinical Research Practitioner to join the East Midlands RRDN Agile Research Delivery Team. The role is based at Beech House, Lincoln, with extensive regional travel to support NIHR portfolio studies across diverse health and care settings.

You will collect and maintain data, assist in patient procedures within trials, and work with a range of professionals to deliver high-quality research in public health, community and social care

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in science or health related discipline or equivalent experience.
• CRPs should be on, or working towards AHCS accreditation.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and setup of NIHR RDN portfolio studies across varied health and care settings.
• Coordinate data collection, recording and maintenance of study data.
• Provide clinical support to patients in clinical trials per protocol and GCP.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary activities and coordinate concurrent studies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, confidentiality and NHS policies.
