Tazaki Foods Ltd is seeking a warehouse operative to join our UK team on an immediate start basis. You will work to SOPs, maintain stock accuracy, and support a customer-first approach across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include safe lifting, operating MHE after training, performing stock counts, and keeping a tidy, compliant site. The role requires a professional attitude and reliable team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to, reporting concerns immediately.
• Ensure lifting/manoeuvring of product follows manual handling procedures.
• Work to standard operating procedures and adhere to processes.
• Operate MHE when trained, with pre-use safety checks and defect reporting.
• Maintain stock accuracy and perform stock counts as required.
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
• Keep up to date with training on product handling, assembly, health and safety.
• Support a customer-first culture in daily tasks.
• Care for products as if they were your own.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Undertake tasks as reasonably requested by management.

Immediate start

The role

• Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to, reporting any areas of concern to a Team Leader or Manager immediately
• Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Work to standard operating procedures, ensuring that processes are adhered to
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) when trained to do so, ensuring visual safety checks prior to use ensuring that all defects are reported
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy, carry out stock counts as required by Line Management
• Maintain high standards of site house-keeping
• Keep up to date with all relevant training regarding product handling, assembly, health and safety
• Support a culture where the customer is at the heart of everything we do
• Care of products as if they were your own
• To adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• To undertake any tasks as reasonably requested by management.
