Location: Sighthill, Edinburgh

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

Start Date: Monday (Immediate Start Available)

About the Role

We are urgently recruiting Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy distribution centre in Sighthill on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience, with consistent hours, full training, and a supportive working environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurate picking and dispatch of goods
• Checking product quality, shelf life, and ensuring robust packaging for delivery
• Assembling and stacking products to the highest standard for clients
• Working collaboratively with team members to meet corporate goals and operational KPIs
• Complying with Health & Safety procedures and reporting requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment ("clean as you go" principle)
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintaining a professional and polite attitude at all times
• Adhering to all processes and procedures to ensure audit compliance
• Performing additional warehouse duties including loading, hygiene, de-kit, and tipping tasks

Training & Development

• Full training provided on PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) and Counterbalance operations
• Opportunity for Reach Truck training for put-away and replenishment tasks

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
