• Leading and motivating a team of night shift drivers to hit performance targets.
• Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and company policies.
• Managing cost and service levels in line with KPIs.
• Coordinating with warehouse and customer service teams to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Driving continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and enhance service.

Skills

Strong previous experience working within Transport Operations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to plan and flex driver and vehicle levels to meet operational needs

Knowledge of transport legislation and compliance
