Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is recruiting for night-time store roles. You’ll help prepare shelves, stock the shop floor and maintain order across various departments while working through the night shift.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable team players who can learn quickly, handle physical tasks and use digital tools to complete daily duties. Training will cover checkout duties and additional store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves, working at a good steady pace throughout the night and being prepared to work with a variety of product types
• Keeping your workspace tidy for other colleagues and making sure our aisles are clean, presentable and ready for our customers the next day
• Collecting and moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor, including heavy equipment and containers
• Working across different parts of the store, which could include chilled and frozen areas
• Using equipment, handsets and digital systems to complete your work accurately and safely
• Helping in other areas when needed, which could include picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts once you’re trained and confident
