Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Nightshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our busy branches. You will lead and coach your team to maintain great on-shelf availability, while keeping safety and standards top of mind. The role may involve some duty management and full training will be provided.

We offer real progression opportunities across Booker Group, with many Supervisors moving into Store Management roles. The role operates on a 5/7 day shift pattern with branch opening times varying.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
• Reducing replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently with space, rate of sale, and secure goods receiving.
• Working with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales causes.
• Effective replenishment to maintain availability for customers.

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.

Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage

Reducing replenishment costs, by ensuring stock is handled efficiently at all times, products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department

Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales

Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers

You will need

To be successful in this role your skills and experience will include:

Passionate about providing exceptional operations standards for our customers

Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well, managing a team

An excellent communicator and have some experience in supervising or managing a team.

Practical experience in the food retail trade.
