Job summary

Booker is seeking a Nightshift Co-Ordinator to lead a busy branch, coach the team, and ensure great on-shelf availability for customers. You may undertake duty management and will be trained accordingly.

There are real progression opportunities within the Booker Group, with supervisors often moving into store management roles. The branch operates on a 5/7 basis with varying opening times by location.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safe, compliant store operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reduce stock loss by addressing shrinkage and wastage.
• Reduce replenishment costs by efficient stock handling and space optimization.
• Collaborate with stock control and delivery teams to resolve off-sales issues.
• Maintain excellent on-shelf availability for customers.
