Job summary

Culina Group is hiring HGV Class 1 drivers in Bridgwater for permanent, full-time positions. Responsibilities include driving General Haulage and maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a C+E Licence and a minimum of 6 months experience, although new drivers are welcome. Competitive pay rates range from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour based on shift. Additional benefits include a tax-free meal allowance and 28 days paid holiday. Weekend work may be required based on business demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• No more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions.
• Ability to conduct vehicle checks and report defects.

Responsibilities

• Drive General Haulage with Curtainside trailers.
• Complete necessary vehicle checks and documentation.
• Maintain high levels of safety and compliance.
