Job summary

Booker Group plc in Norwich is seeking a Nightshift Co-Ordinator to lead a busy branch team, ensuring on-shelf availability and safe working practices. The role involves coaching the night team, managing duties, and maintaining service standards for customers.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the nightshift supervisor and in their absence you will be responsible for
• Ensure that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
• Reduce stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage.
• Reduce replenishment costs by ensuring stock is handled efficiently at all times.
• Work with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales.
• Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Nightshift Co-Ordinator to help manage one of our busy branches. A challenging role that will need leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver great on shelf availability for our valued customers. Keeping your teamfocused on delivering great results and working in a safe mannerwill be key.The role may involve some duty managementwhere full training will be given.

You will be responsible for
