Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician for a nightshift role in Grays, Essex. You will perform panel beating, paint spraying, and MET work within a busy accident repair centre to deliver high-quality results.

Applicants should be time-served in bodyshop disciplines, with driving licence and a track record in insurance repair environments preferred. Night shifts run Monday to Thursday, 18:00–05:00, offering a stable, professional setting and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served in bodyshop repair disciplines such as panel beating and paint spraying.
• Experience with MET and auto electrical skills is desirable.
• Background in insurance bodyshop environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of bodyshop repairs including panel beating and paint spraying.
• Provide expert repair services across bodyshop disciplines to support the team.
• Work efficiently to meet repair times while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ensure work complies with Thatcham standards and health and safety regulations.
