Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Nights Transport Supervisor to join our Lutterworth operation. You will oversee night-time transport activities, coordinating routes and the depot team to deliver reliable, safe service for our customers.

You’ll lead a shift, monitor safety standards, drive KPI performance, and provide 24/7 incident support using Microlise. The role is based at Magna Park, with 4on 4off shifts and a £33,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast‑paced transport environments.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and fleet management.
