Whitbread PLC in Swindon is seeking a Nights Team Member to look after our hotel and guests overnight at Premier Inn Swindon Town Centre. Immediate start with no experience required, part of the UK’s leading hospitality group.

We offer a fixed-term contract until 28 February 2027, 32 hours per week, and a night shift pay rate. The location is 43-44 Regent Street, Swindon. Benefit from Whitbread benefits, pension schemes, and staff discounts.

We're currently recruiting in our Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn Hotel. Working 32 hours per week, paying up to £13.66 per hour.

Nights Team Member – Swindon Town Centre Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in Swindon Town Centre. As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed-term until 28/02/2027 – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

32 hours per week
