Whitbread is recruiting in Faversham for a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn. You will oversee overnight guests, using a calm approach to ensure safety and help guests rest easy. Immediate start, no experience needed.

Contract is fixed term until December 2026 for over 18s. 22 hours per week, night shift, at up to £13.66 per hour. Training and Whitbread Benefits include room discounts, pension, and additional employee perks.

Job description

We're currently recruiting in our Faversham location. Working 22 hours per week, paying up to £13.66 per hour.

Nights Team Member – Faversham Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in Faversham. As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed Term Contract until December 2026 - we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

22 hours per week
