Job summary

Premier Inn in Haywards Heath is seeking a Nights Team Member to look after guests overnight. You will bring a calm approach, ensure guest safety and provide friendly service to help guests sleep well at night.

This fixed-term role starts immediately, with a 14-hour weekly schedule and an end date of 31 October 2026. Training and support are provided to help you settle in quickly at the UK’s leading hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train and support new starters.
• Focus on guest safety and delivering good sleep experiences.
• Ability to work the night shift and handle overnight guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Look after hotel overnight guests and ensure safety.
• Provide friendly customer service during night hours.

Nights Team Member – Haywards Heath – Premier Inn Hotel

PAY RATE:

Up to £13.66 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed Term Contract with an end date of 31/10/2026

14 hours per week
