Whitbread PLC in Aviemore is hiring a Nights Team Member for the Premier Inn hotel. The role covers overnight guest care, maintaining safety, and delivering good service. Immediate start with no experience required, 16 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until 24 February 2027.

Pay is up to £15.16 per hour for night shifts. This position is based at Grampian Road, Aviemore, with benefits and opportunities within Whitbread’s hospitality network.

We're currently recruiting in our Aviemore Premier Inn Hotel. Working 16 hours per week, paying up to £15.16 per hour.

Nights Team Member – Aviemore Premier Inn Hotel

Come and be a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn in Aviemore. As the go-to for our hotel overnight guests, use your calm personality to ensure their safety and your customer service skills to help them rest easy and get that good night’s sleep with us. Immediate start, no experience needed.

PAY RATE:

Up to £15.16 per hour - night shift

CONTRACT TYPE:

Fixed-term until 24/02/2027 – we don’t do zero hours contracts! Over 18s only.

HOURS:

16 hours per week
