Atlas Hotels in Bath is seeking a Nights Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to 31 December 2026. You will guide a guest‑facing night team across reception, bar and kitchen tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service.

The role requires coaching and leadership under pressure, with responsibilities including night audits, staff scheduling and maintaining safety standards throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfort handling high-pressure night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm Atlas welcome to guests and new employees.
• Ensure team members are in the right place at the right time and coach them effectively.
• Be the go‑to person for guidance, remaining calm under pressure.
• Oversee night operations including reception, bar service, kitchen prep for breakfast, and meeting room setup.
• Perform night audits and corridor checks to keep guests safe overnight.
• Support the Hotel Operations Manager in delivering Atlas’s goals and continuous improvement.
