Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and new employees
• Ensure team members are in the right place at the right time and coach them effectively
• Serve as the point of guidance for team members, staying nurturing and calm under pressure
• Carry out variable duties: checking guests in/out, serving behind the bar (must be 18+), cooking for breakfast service, setting up meeting rooms, and more
• Conduct night audits and corridor checks to ensure safety and well‑being throughout the night
• Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas purpose, fostering continuous improvement across the hotel

Requirements

Experience: Management‑level experience required.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service focus, ability to manage a team, and flexibility to perform a variety of tasks.
