Atlas Hotels is hiring a Nights Team Leader at the Holiday Inn Express Lichfield. The role requires previous experience leading a team in a customer service environment. Experience in hospitality is not mandatory; we will provide the training you need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and new employees

  • Carry out variable duties: checking guests in/out, serving behind the bar (must be 18+), cooking for breakfast service, setting up meeting rooms, and more
  • Conduct night audits and corridor checks to ensure safety and well‑being throughout the night
  • Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving Atlas purpose, fostering continuous improvement across the hotel
Requirements

Experience: Management‑level experience required.

Skills: Strong leadership, customer service focus, ability to manage a team, and flexibility to perform a variety of tasks.
