Seeking a support worker to assist eldest son (12) in a caring family. He has acquired brain injury with multiple sensory impairments and learning disabilities. Despite being complex, he has a strong personality and can bring smiles with his cheekiness. This is a challenging role and no two days are the same. He has a around-the-clock team of staff (2-1) and night care. We are seeking staff to join us for night shifts 10pm to 8am, Monday to Sunday. The rate of pay is currently £14ph. The shift includes working in the family home, learning patterns of normal behaviour, supporting emotional regulation and personal care. Get in touch if this is something you’re interested in.
