Exemplar Health Care began as a healthcare consultancy and training firm. But we soon saw a gap in the sector: a lack of care homes for younger adults living with complex needs. That insight shaped the mission we still live by today - to transform complex care and provide fulfilling opportunities for the people who need it most.
We’re now proud to have more than 60 care homes across England, providing nursing care for adults living with dementia, neuro-disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
Whoever you are, and whatever experience you bring, there are lots of ways you can help us make every day better for the people we support.
