Are you an experienced Production Line Leader or Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to step into a thriving food manufacturing company that's on the rise.

In this role, you'll join a stable and well‑organised environment that's expanding and requires additional management support. Reporting to the Nights Production Shift Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all production activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership to a small operation team, ensuring clear communication and effective supervision
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day activities of your production area, making sure all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Uphold stringent Health & Safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance across all operations
  • Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and ensure seamless operations
  • Utilise your organisational skills and initiative to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
