Qualifications

• Respect and sensitivity for older adults.
• Willingness to be trained in social care (Level 1 or 2 encouraged).

• Care experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as a keyworker for a group of residents and support admissions.
• Contribute to developing and reviewing individual care plans (including dementia care).
• Provide personal and social care in line with care plans to support wellbeing.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control and health & safety practices.
