Barista – £14.40 per hour includes nightshift premium. Shifts: 11pm – 7am, 14/21 hours per week. Address: Chieveley Services, M4, Oxford Rd, Hermitage, Thatcham RG18 9XX.

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:
  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of toasties and barista‑quality drinks throughout the day
  • Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
  • Ensuring your workspace and store are kept clean, tidy and welcoming
  • Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
  • Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
  • Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day's trade
