Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking a Night Club Bar Tender for our One More venue in Glasgow. You will serve drinks, engage with guests, and help keep the bar running smoothly during shifts late at night.

You'll mix cocktails, pour pints, handle payments, and support setup and breakdown. Previous bar experience is welcome but not essential; a friendly, guest-focused attitude and the ability to work evenings and weekends are key.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable attitude focused on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping high standards.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and key holiday dates (Thu–Sat 11pm–3am).
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and welcome guests.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in line with licensing laws.
• Mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
• Engage with guests and offer drink recommendations.
• Manage and keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar before/after shifts.
• Work efficiently during busy periods, especially on key dates.

As Night Club Bar Tender, you will be working within our Nightclub One More. You’ll be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring our bars run smoothly at all times. You’ll be at the heart of the action, mixing up seasonal cocktails, pouring pints, and delivering the outstanding service that the Scotsman Group is known for.

• Provide excellentcustomer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Servealcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws and company standards.
• Mix and servea range of cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
• Engage withguests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks.
• Managethe bar area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and organised.
• Handlecash and card payments accurately.
• Assist withthe setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts.
• Work efficientlyduring busy periods, especially on key dates.

Requirements:

• Previous experiencein a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellentcustomer service and communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for making customers feel special.
• Ability towork in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year) Please note the Nightclub is only open Thursday - Saturday 11pm - 3am.
• Knowledge ofalcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is a plus.
