Job Title: Night Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Unit 14 Quarry Wood Industrial Estate, Mills Road, Aylesford, ME20 7NA

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum DOE

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Do you have excellent leadership skills with experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for a Night Warehouse Supervisor to support our night operation and successfully lead the team!

Working hours for the Night Warehouse Supervisor role will be 48 hours per week, working five 10 hour shifts between the hours of 17:00 and 06:00 on a rota basis (will include weekend working).

You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum!

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing the night warehouse picking and loading operation
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to improve the customer experience
• Reviewing the quality and accuracy of orders being picked for customers
• Ensuring Health & Safety is always adhered to within the warehouse
• Ensuring internal and external audit standards are met consistently
• Undertaking any general housekeeping, replenishment and warehouse duties to meet business needs
• Conducting return-to-work, probation review and investigation meetings with team members where required

What key skills and experience you will need:

• Previous supervisory experience is essential
• Experience working in a chilled warehouse environment is desirable
• Previous experience of a picking / loading operation
• UK Driving licence
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• FLT licences, Reach or Counterbalance is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self‑motivated
• Respecting of safety rules and regulations
