Great Bear Milton Keynes is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a permanent, full-time position on a 4 on 4 off night shift from 18:00 to 06:00. The role includes picking stock, loading pallets with MHE/PPT, and ensuring accurate orders while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• PPT/MHE experience is desirable.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast moving environment.
• Must possess a reasonable level of verbal & numerical reasoning.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
• Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked
• Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
• Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers
• Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages
• Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
