Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy parcel hub in Slough. This fast-paced night role runs from 00:00 to 03:00 and keeps parcels moving through the operation. You’ll be part of a team across a 7-day operation, with ongoing shifts and weekly pay.

The role involves sorting parcels by postcode and route, loading/unloading vehicles, scanning and moving items within the warehouse, and following health and safety procedures at all times. PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, including weekends.
• Safety boots and high-visibility vest are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels by postcode, route and delivery area.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Scan, handle and move parcels through the warehouse.
• Place parcels in correct bays or cages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organised area.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work to tight deadlines in a busy night-time operation.
